About

Project

As mentioned in my index page, this website was made in order to record my full quarantine experience during the months of March, April and May 2020. This website is divided in different categories, friends, social media, recipes and workouts. Each section will provide an in-depth description of my experience. Photos will be provided for each page as well. The friends category will mostly talk about how I kept contact with friends despite the distance. The social media category will provide how different apps brought COVD-19 content to light in the form of memes, tiktoks and songs. The recipes category is self-explanatory, I had timet to cook and bake thus resulting in different recipes being tried out. The workout category will mostly mention the different exercices routines I decided to adopt while being quarantined while the gyms were shut down.

Quarantine

While in quarantine, I mostly stayed with my mother, younger brother and best friend in the same house. Although, I went to my father's house a couple of times because he was quarantining alone. I didn't get out of the house if it wasn't for jogging around the neighbourhood, tan or workout on my backyard. During the months of March, April and May I had online school which occupied most of my days and I was able to fit in calls with friends, workouts, watching television series and trying out new food. I kept up to date with the news via social media such as intagram, snapchat, facebook and twitter, as well as online newspaper articles.
